Originally released in 2007 November for console and handheld platforms, PC missed out on the complete LEGO Star Wars experience. Former LucasArts president Jim Ward is running for Arizona’s 5th Congressional District in the election of 2010, according to his official website.
Ward resigned from LucasArts last year, citing “personal reasons”. Many could argue that Ward’s departure and the hiring of current LucasArts president Darrel Rodriguez was the best thing to happen to LucasArts in the last 10 years.
Along with his previous experience, Ward’s site details his time at LucasArts. “Ward led the growth of the video game company, creating such popular award winning games as Star Wars Battlefront, Star Wars Lego and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Additionally, at Lucasfilm, Ward oversaw the planning, development and execution of global marketing and distribution programs for all Lucasfilm’s motion picture, television and video properties.”
